Pennine Sportswear was founded out of sheer frustration with flimsy high-street workout gear that falls apart after a single winter. We were tired of thin polyester shorts that turned see-through in the gym and running leggings with slipping waistbands that could not handle a wet November drizzle along the canals of northern England.
We decided to cut out retail markups and build athletic apparel from the ground up using dense recycled polyamide 6.6, combed organic cotton, and heavy-gauge elastane. We work directly with established knitting mills, design patterns suited for real athletic bodies, and place every single piece on our workshop inspection table before it gets packed into a parcel.
Our business is run straightforwardly and respectfully. We do not use deceptive discounts or artificial countdown timers. We take direct merchant responsibility for our gear, offer simple offline payments via bank transfer and cash on delivery, and provide a clear 30-day return policy for unused garments.
