Delivery methods

Doorstep delivery

Courier service with full tracking directly to your door, whether a terrace, flat or rural postcode. A hand signature might be required if the order exceeds £65.00.

Pickup point

Pick up from a local locker or collection depot nearby. They hold onto your parcel for 7 days before routing it back to our workshop.

Transit times reflect working days after leaving the dispatch desk. Hillside or outlying postal routes can take an extra 1-2 days.

Order processing

Orders confirmed before 13:30 on a standard weekday set off that very day. Anything placed past the cutoff, on a weekend or during bank holidays heads out the next working day. An email with your parcel reference lands the moment checkout finishes.

All activewear items are enclosed in individual moisture-resistant, dust-proof polythene bags, sealed with tamper-evident strips, and dispatched in heavy-duty weatherproof poly mailers or corrugated outer cartons to safeguard technical fabrics against snagging, dampness, and transit abrasion.

Tracking your parcel

Upon parcel handover to the carrier, a dispatch confirmation is sent via email and SMS containing a direct tracking reference and carrier portal link to monitor delivery progress in real time.

Lost or delayed parcel

Should your parcel stall without an update for 5 business days, reach out to [email protected] alongside your order reference. We start an inquiry with the carrier and either dispatch a fresh pack or issue a complete refund, as you prefer, within 10 business days of your report.

Damaged on arrival

Inspect the parcel upon arrival. If the external packaging or garments display visible transit damage, note this with the courier upon receipt, photograph the affected areas immediately, and report the issue to [email protected] within 48 hours to arrange a complimentary replacement or refund.

Payment methods

Cash on delivery

Hand over cash directly to the courier when the kit reaches your hands. Nothing is due ahead of time.

Bank transfer

Send funds to our business bank account; payment coordinates are shown at checkout and in your order email. We parcel up your gear once the money clears, normally within one business day.

Accepted options are Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We will never ask you for banking logins or card credentials over the phone or by email.

Delivery outside United Kingdom

We send kit to a specific list of countries. Delivery rates and estimated times for your area appear in your basket before you settle up. If customs or import charges apply outside our borders, the recipient settles them directly.
