The goods
Retail supply and distribution of physical sports apparel, performance activewear, technical athletic garments, compression layers, and sports accessories. Each item listing sets out exact specifications, pack quantities, and fabric build. Imagery represents our real kit, though finished parcels and tags may vary slightly.
Ordering and contract
Your purchase is logged when you complete the checkout screen. An automated email acknowledges receipt, but the sales contract takes effect only upon dispatch from our workshop. We reserve the right to decline orders if rolls or stock run out or if details fail verification, refunding any collected funds promptly.
Prices and payment
All figures are stated in GBP and include relevant VAT. Carriage fees appear in the summary before you commit to payment. Permitted payment routes: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an unmistakable pricing slip occurs, we will notify you before dispatch to either confirm the revised rate or cancel.
Delivery
Shipping choices, estimated arrival windows, and transport fees are detailed on the Delivery & Payment section. Responsibility for the parcel shifts to you once delivered into your hands.
Product images and colours
Our product photography displays actual gear from the production runs. Because screen settings, web browsers, and ambient lighting differ, minor variations in fabric shade do not count as manufacturing faults and will not justify free return carriage or monetary compensation. Dimensions, fabrics, and package contents are detailed on every page.
Transfer of risk
The kit remains our responsibility until the delivery driver delivers it to you or your designated recipient at the provided address. From that point on, full risk of loss or harm lies with you. Any noticeable damage sustained in transit should be recorded with the carrier and reported to our team within 48 hours.
Returns and warranty
You are welcome to return unsoiled kit within 30 days of arrival in line with our Returns guidelines. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all garments supplied by Pennine Sportswear Ltd. must be of satisfactory quality, fit for everyday athletic purpose, and conform to the fabric composition and size descriptions published on the storefront. Statutory rights remain unaffected for up to 6 months regarding inherent manufacturing faults.

- Perishable protective goods or accessories with defined operational lifespans
- Sports swimwear, athletic undergarments, or compression shorts where the protective hygiene seal has been removed or broken
- Garments that have been combined or modified with other materials post-delivery
- Digital training plans, vouchers, or downloadable content accessed or unsealed after purchase
Liability
Pennine Sportswear Ltd. limits its maximum liability for any claim arising out of an order to £100 or the total order value paid by the customer, excluding liabilities that cannot be lawfully limited under the laws of England and Wales. No clause in these terms seeks to curtail or exclude liability where statutory law prohibits doing so.
Age and use
Buyers must be aged 18 or older to order. Gear should be used and cared for strictly in line with garment labels; our sportswear does not serve as medical advice or clinical care.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the competent courts of the United Kingdom. Should we fail to sort out an issue between us, jurisdiction belongs to the court where our business is registered, without affecting your statutory consumer protections at home.
