Submitting the order form registers a pre-order request without online payment.

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the VerdeRaíz website in Spain and the product order request workflow for our approved collection. By browsing the website, you accept these terms of use. By submitting an order, you represent that your provided details are accurate and that you are of legal age.

2. Product Information

We strive to display product descriptions, formats, sizes, ingredients, allergens, directions, warnings, and storage rules clearly and accurately.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros. Bundle discounts and order totals are recalculated on our server. Client-side price modifications are not accepted. Applicable shipping costs and taxes must be communicated before an order becomes binding.

4. Order Process

Our checkout does not process payment online. It generates a unique tracking ID and marks the order as un-paid. Automatic confirmation of receipt does not guarantee stock availability or constitute contract acceptance. Where applicable, a binding agreement is finalized only after express confirmation of product availability, final pricing, shipping, and conditions.

5. Product Availability

The indicator "available for order" means the form can be submitted; it does not guarantee reserved stock. If an item is unavailable, you will be informed promptly without artificial pressure.

6. Mindful Use

Do not use this website as a substitute for professional medical care. Always follow physical product labels and consult a healthcare provider regarding pregnancy, nursing, medical conditions, medications, allergies, or health concerns. Do not exceed stated recommended dosages.

7. Intellectual Property

Website design, original text, code, and visuals belong to their respective owners. Reproduction of website content for commercial purposes without prior authorization is prohibited. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective holders.

8. Prohibited Conduct
