Returned sports apparel must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, deodorant marks, or foreign scents, and returned in original condition with all manufacturer tags and barcode labels intact in the original protective polybag.
Sending gear back to our workshop
- Contact customer support at [email protected] quoting your order reference and return reason
- Obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) documentation and official UK returns warehouse address
- Pack garments securely in their original protective packaging with all original labels attached
- Inspection and processing of the refund via direct bank transfer within 3-10 business days following return intake
Who pays return shipping
When kit arrives damaged, flawed, or different from what you ordered, we take care of the cost by providing a prepaid slip or booking a courier. If you decided against the style or fit, return postage is your responsibility, with no extra deductions from us.
Refund timing and method
We process refunds within 3 working days once the item passes workbench inspection. Cash-on-delivery purchases are settled by bank transfer to your nominated account, while direct bank payments go straight back to source. Banks typically clear the funds within 1 to 5 working days.

Exchanges
If you need a different cut, size, or model, follow the return procedure and place a fresh order online. We will refund the initial piece once it lands with us. If the swap is required because of our error, the replacement parcel travels free of charge.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order without fees before it leaves our packing room. Send a message to [email protected] with your order reference. If the courier is already on the road, our standard returns route takes over.
